Finance & HCM Programme Manager (Oracle Fusion) 6-month contract outside IR35 (London)
Overview
Finance & HCM Programme Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of the ERP solution — from scoping and requirements gathering, through design, configuration, deployment, and post–go-live support. The role requires strong functional and technical expertise across Finance and HR, with exceptional stakeholder management. The successful candidate will work across multiple countries, leading the SI partner and driving change management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the ERP programme strategy
- Build and manage programme plans covering resources, budgets, risks, and issues to keep delivery on track
- Oversee third-party vendors, SI partners, and internal IT teams to ensure components are delivered on time, in scope, and to the expected quality
- Facilitate requirements workshops across Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, and IT to capture business needs
- Shape the programme roadmap, lead on TOM design
- Provide direction and governance across ERP solution design for Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Procurement)
- Drive strategy and execution for data migration, master data management, and integrations, alongside HR modules (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Learning)
- Support key decisions around system configuration, testing approach, and performance validation
- Serve as the main link between senior business stakeholders, IT, and delivery partners
- Lead, mentor, and guide project managers, business analysts, and change teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Create and execute a change management approach to drive adoption across Finance and HR user groups
- Champion the cultural shift towards standardised ERP processes and ongoing improvement
Experience
- French fluency preferred
- Solid understanding of ERP platforms (Oracle Fusion) across Finance and HR modules
- Proven background delivering large-scale ERP programmes within complex, regulated, or safety-critical environments
- Knowledge of system integration, data migration, master data management, and reporting/BI solutions
- Finance & HCM expert across accounting, payroll, tax, pensions, and HR compliance requirements
- Proven track record of managing programmes valued at £10m+ with multiple vendors and workstreams
