We’re seeking an experienced Operations Support Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting enterprise IT systems across finance, HR, ERP, and integrations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in systems administration (i.e TM1, Onestream, Tagetik, Jedox, Anaplan etc), who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about continuous improvement.
You’ll be responsible for triaging service tickets, analysing issues, and ensuring effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in maintaining operational controls, driving process optimisation, and supporting service delivery across a complex, multi-entity organisation.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Monitoring service operations
- Managing escalations
- Producing performance reports
- Collaborating with vendors to uphold service standards
Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and a proactive mindset are essential. This is a hybrid role based in London, with 2–3 days in the office.
