I’m partnering with a leading consulting organisation to recruit an experienced OneStream Architect to join a growing UK practice. With a strong pipeline of large-scale OneStream transformation programmes, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior finance stakeholders, shaping solution strategy and advising clients on complex finance and performance management challenges.
The Role
You’ll act as the bridge between finance and technology, helping clients define their transformation roadmaps and architect solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes. Alongside leading OneStream solution design, you’ll work directly with senior finance stakeholders to challenge thinking, provide strategic guidance, and help organisations modernise their performance management capabilities. Experience required:
- Deep OneStream architecture and solution design experience
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, particularly Group Consolidation and Financial Close
- Expertise as a Consolidation SME
- Broader knowledge across FP&A, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting
- Experience leading enterprise-scale EPM or Finance Transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
- Previous consulting or client-facing experience
- The ability to operate at Senior Manager level, influencing both clients and delivery teams
