We are partnering with a global organisation seeking a Workday Financials Systems Owner / Systems Accountant to support and optimise its Workday Finance environment across multiple international business units as they roll‑out Workday Financials globally. This role will play a key part in providing functional support, driving system improvements, supporting the implementation and ensuring the continued success of a growing Workday Financials landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advanced support for Workday Financials users and business stakeholders
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and queries
- Support configuration changes, enhancements, testing, and release activities
- Work closely with finance teams to improve processes and maximise system capabilities
- Ensure all changes are appropriately tested, documented, and governed
- Support ongoing deployments and adoption of Workday Financials across the business
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting or administering Workday Financials
- Strong knowledge of finance processes including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working within a complex, multi-entity environment
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Desirable
- Exposure to Workday Prism or Accounting Center
- Exposure to T&E applications
- Extensive experience supporting global finance transformation programmes
