Our client is a leading financial services business who have recently gone live with Workday Financials. They are looking for an experienced Workday Finance Systems to join their team on a permanent basis to optimise their P2P processes.
This is a key functional role acting as the bridge between Finance systems and business users. You will take ownership of Workday Procurement configuration and day-to-day support, ensuring smooth operation across supplier setup, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, approvals, and reporting, as well as ongoing systems improvement.
Essential Requirements- Proven experience working with Workday Finance, particularly Procurement / P2P
- Strong understanding of Finance and Procurement processes (GL, journals, coding structures, supplier management)
- Experience configuring and supporting Workday in a finance operations or systems environment
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system configuration
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to data accuracy and controls
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong data management skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
