Candidate Background- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in areas such as consulting, FP&A, accounting, or operational planning
- 5+ years development experience in a recognised EPM solutions (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle EPM, Tagetik, Adaptive Planning, OneStream, TM1)
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to engage and influence senior leadership
- Experience working in structured delivery environments (e.g. Agile or project-based frameworks) is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language
