Our client is looking for an experienced Principal Anaplan Consultant to join their team and take a leading role in the design, delivery and ongoing growth of their Anaplan practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Anaplan professional to move into a highly influential role, working closely with senior stakeholders and C-Suite.
The Role
You will take ownership of complex Anaplan solutions, lead solution design and ensure that the platform continues to deliver value as organisation's requirements evolve.
Key responsibilities will include
- Lead the design and delivery of complex Anaplan solutions.
- Own the solution architecture and ensure best practice.
- Work closely with senior Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and other business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective planning solutions.
- Lead workshops, user training sessions and solution design activities.
- Provide technical leadership across model development, UX, integrations, data and security.
- Review and optimise existing Anaplan models to improve scalability, usability and performance.
- Provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to other team members.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, automation and business insight.
About You
We are looking for an accomplished Anaplan professional who combines strong technical capability with excellent stakeholder-management and consulting skills.
You will ideally have
- Extensive experience working with Anaplan in a consulting or in-house environment.
- A strong track record of delivering complex Anaplan implementations.
- Excellent model-building and solution-design skills.
- Experience operating at Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, Senior Consultant or Principal level is desirable.
- Strong understanding of Anaplan architecture, UX, integrations, data and security.
- The ability to work effectively with senior business stakeholders and translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
- Experience working with delivery and/or support teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Anaplan certifications, ideally including Master Anaplanner, would be highly advantageous.
