This includes the rollout of a new Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform, alongside broader enhancements across data, reporting, and integrations. They are seeking a Global Project Lead to take ownership of the delivery across their systems and finance transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of a PSA implementation.
- Oversee integration between PSA and existing ERP systems, ensuring accurate financial data flows.
- Act as the key point of contact for external partners and systems integrators.
- Drive cross‑functional initiatives across Finance, Systems, and People & Culture.
- Maintain governance across multiple workstreams (RAID logs, reporting, milestones).
- Support reporting and data improvements, ensuring alignment with BI tools.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across senior leadership including Finance, Operations, and HR.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering enterprise system implementations (PSA/ERP).
- Strong experience managing system integrations and third‑party vendors/consultants.
- Experience delivering global or multi‑entity rollouts.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent understanding of finance processes and reporting flows.
- Professional Services experience highly desired.
