Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Lead to join the transformation team as Finance Functional Lead on a large-scale ERP implementation. This is a strategic role where you will work closely with Finance and wider business stakeholders to shape and deliver the new ERP platform. Experience with Deltek Maconomy is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as Finance Functional Lead across the ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines
- Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Operations to gather, analyse, and validate business and system requirements
- Document system configuration, processes, and procedures
- Prepare and coordinate UAT activities, including test scripts and training support
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and close process gaps
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance
- Support data migration from legacy systems, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Analyse financial processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, EPM, T&E), identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ ERP implementation or support experience, ideally with Deltek Maconomy
- Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting processes (O2C, P2P, R2R, EPM, T&E)
- Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools (e.g. Maconomy BI, Cognos, Power BI)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Project management experience advantageous
- Experience with systems integration, APIs, or iPaaS (e.g. Workato) beneficial but not essential
