Our client, a large-scale global tech company, is seeking a Netsuite Business Systems Analyst. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, translating operational needs into scalable system solutions while driving automation and cross-functional efficiency.

Key Deliverables

  • Gather and document business requirements across Finance, Sales, and Operations
  • Translate business processes into system specifications (CRM, ERP, HRIS)
  • Deliver and manage automation projects using iPaaS and AI tools
  • Act as a liaison between Systems, IT, and Data teams
  • Lead testing, documentation, and rollout of system enhancements
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and data quality
  • Support development initiatives across first- and second-level projects

Key Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years in Systems Analysis focusing on NetSuite
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Sales, and Operational workflows
  • Hands-on with workflows, saved searches etc and the ability to speak with developers and functional teams for customisations
  • Hands-on with automation tools (e.g., Celigo, Workato, MuleSoft, Zapier)
  • Knowledge of APIs, data mapping, and process flows
  • Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills
