- Learning and developing, with ongoing mentoring, training, and exposure to a wide range of Anaplan use cases.
This is a hands‑on role where you’ll build confidence quickly, gain variety, and become a trusted advisor to clients as your skills grow.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Client Support- Act as a friendly, reliable point of contact for Anaplan support queries.
- Help diagnose issues, make small enhancements, and keep models running smoothly.

- Support senior consultants with model building, testing, and documentation.
- Learn best‑practice design and delivery approaches.
- Gain exposure to new modules, processes, and industries.
- Help improve support processes and client experience.
- Participate in service reviews and learn how consulting engagements are managed.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth transitions from project delivery into support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Some hands‑on Anaplan experience (in‑house or consulting).
- Certified Anaplanner (Level 1 required; Level 2 or Solution Architect a bonus but not essential).
- A genuine interest in developing your Anaplan and consulting skills.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- A proactive, organised approach and willingness to learn.
- A positive mindset and confidence to ask questions, seek support, and grow outside your comfort zone.
The opportunity:
- You’ll work with experienced Anaplan professionals who will mentor and support you.
- Exposure to multiple clients, industries, and use cases.
- A close‑knit, collaborative team where your voice is heard.
- A chance to build both your technical skills and your consulting confidence.
- Clear progression opportunities as the support function grows.
