Target-Driven Picker / Packer – Leeds We are looking for reliable, hard-working and target-driven pickers/packers to join our Leeds operation. This is a fast-paced role within a busy fulfilment environment, and we are particularly interested in candidates who have previously worked within: Factory environments, production lines, manufacturing, food production, FMCG or other target-led operational roles. Experience working to measurable targets, maintaining pace and accuracy throughout a shift and working as part of a structured production team is extremely important to us. Although this is a warehouse-based role, we have found that people from factory and production backgrounds often thrive within our environment because they are already accustomed to working at pace, following processes and delivering against daily targets. Key Responsibilities * Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently. * Working towards a target of 500+ orders per day * Packing products securely and to the required specification. * Working consistently towards individual and team productivity targets. * Using warehouse systems and scanners where required. * Following defined processes and packing instructions. * Carrying out quality and accuracy checks. * Maintaining a clean and organised working area. * Supporting colleagues to ensure daily workloads are completed. * Working safely and following all site health and safety requirements. * Supporting Saturday operations as part of the working pattern. What We’re Looking For We are specifically looking for people who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-led environment. Previous experience within one or more of the following is strongly preferred: * Factory work * Production * Manufacturing * Production-line work * Target-driven operational roles * FMCG * High-volume picking and packing You should be: * Comfortable working towards measurable daily targets. * Reliable and punctual. * Able to maintain both speed and accuracy. * Comfortable carrying out repetitive physical tasks. * Able to follow processes and instructions consistently. * A strong team player. * Our operating hours are: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm & Saturday 8am - 12pm Please note: This role is best suited to candidates who already have experience within a factory, production or similarly target-driven environment.
