We are Systematix and we are currently looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst with experience in ITSM systems and processes to aid in our client’s implementation strategies.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our client is looking for a Strategic Business Analyst to work with the Operations team and the Integration Program Manager to support and document the ITSM deployment project.
ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzing and documenting business and technical requirements and working with business teams and IT to deploy the ITSM solution
- Creating business workflow diagrams, writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) including training.
- Tracking and documenting decisions.
- Working directly with the business owners of the specific areas who own the processes as well as new stakeholders and IT groups in operating companies.
- Participation in project Execution, Training and Cutover.
ABOUT THE REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor\’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of business analysis and related experience.
- High level of proficiency with ServiceNow ITSM.
- Experience working with global teams and intercompany processes.
- Strong organizational, communicational, time management and planning skills.
- Self‑motivated, with excellent ability to work on own initiative.
- Excellent team‑working skills with willingness and ability to engage with others at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to analyze information and present it in a clear, concise way to scientific and corporate audiences.
- Ability to work under pressure without compromising the quality of work.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a 3-month remote contract role to be performed in the Western European time zone.
