Overview
In this role you translate military intelligence and C2 requirements into practical SitaWare scenarios and workflows. You will advise senior military users, support demonstrations and training, and contribute to pre-sales activities and product development. Collaborating with UK Defence Services and international teams, you shape how customers apply C4ISR software in complex operational contexts. You’ll be at the intersection of intelligence practice and software capability, driving meaningful improvements in mission-critical decision support.

Responsibilities
- Translate intelligence and C2 requirements into SitaWare scenarios and workflows
- Advise and influence senior military stakeholders on best practices and doctrine development
- Provide hands-on software guidance, demonstrations, and training for military users
- Support consultancy and pre-sales activities across the SitaWare suite
- Contribute to demonstrations, use-case development and domain knowledge sharing
- Inform Product Management and Defence Services with real-world customer insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical solutions for operational contexts
Key requirements
- Extensive military intelligence experience with understanding of G2/J2/N2 functions
- Ability to advise and present to senior military audiences and stakeholders
- Hands-on approach to learning software and coaching users; formal training qualification not required
- Operational experience with command-and-control systems advantageous
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel within the UK and internationally
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK and meet BPSS and UK Security Check requirements
