Systematic is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative and Driver to join our team in Caistor, Lincolnshire, on a fixed-term basis until 30th November 2027. This is a part-time role with core hours supplemented by the demands of the business; flexibility in working patterns is ideal. Applicants must be eligible to be covered under the company’s fleet insurance policy.
Hours – 12 core hours per week, typically 8am on Tuesday and Wednesday, with options for additional shifts in response to business needs, training and annual leave cover.
Contract term – This position is offered on a fixed-term basis, until 30th November 2027.
Pay – £13.50 per hour, with annual bonus potential, based on team performance.
Location – Systematic HQ in Caistor, Lincolnshire, LN7 6QA.

The post holder will take the lead on stock picking, packing, and local deliveries for part of the week. You’ll be supported by colleagues working part-time across the week, but you must also be confident working independently, following established procedures, and maintaining clear communication with your team and other departments.
