Your Role
- New Business Development: Seek out new opportunities to increase SystemActive’s clientele and presence in the market. Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success. Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts. Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships and handling customers’ needs. Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Inbound Lead Management: Efficiently manage, quote, and conclude inbound inquiries.
