The Role
As a member of the System1 Marketing department, you will work alongside our Design Director to influence and help deliver our brand marketing, thought leadership and event experiences. You will bring an exceptional, positive creative energy, being a designer close to the details that make a difference. As we continue to grow, you will be excited about being part of our success. To be successful in this role, you will have an in-depth knowledge and experience executing creative marketing projects from conception to production, including marketing campaigns, digital and social assets, event merchandise and printed materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver best-in-class System1 led creative work.
- Solve creative briefs with unique on-brand ideas that bring simplicity and drama to complex design problems.
- Support our vision to bring the System1 brand to life in creative and engaging ways across global events, social media and campaigns.
- Support our communications through excellent design and the use of new technology and social platforms.
- Consistently deliver a number of successful design solutions and high-quality work to System1 teams on time.
- Maintain a positive outlook on design; eager to learn new skills and stay ahead of rapid design industry developments.
Skills and Experience
- Proven work experience as a Midweight Designer.
- Experience working in a fast-paced in-house creative/agency environment is essential.
- A broad design background covering social, digital, print and events.
- Respond quickly and accurately to team feedback, demonstrating professionalism and understanding to exceed our expectations.
- Fully competent with the latest Adobe Suite, and designing for print, digital and social.
- A degree in Graphic Design.
- Strong portfolio of completed design projects that demonstrate strong concept and design delivery of static and animated graphics.
- Expert eye for detail and craft.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and collaborate positively with a team.
- Excellent communication skills to present ideas and final designs.
- A positive attitude and willingness to pass on your knowledge and experience to others.
