  • Lead on marketing updates for the internal company-wide newsletter “The Scoop.”
  • Monitor media, PR channels, LinkedIn, and email for opportunities and coverage.
  • Review industry news roundups and flag relevant findings with the wider Marketing team.

Operations, Events and Campaign Support:

  • Support marketing activity during key seasonal and cultural moments such as Christmas, Super Bowl, World Cup, and Cannes Lions.
  • Assist with testing processes, including ad testing for features in industry media.
  • Support webinars and virtual events from a coordination and logistics perspective.
  • Provide logistics and sourcing support for events, including timelines, merch and promotional materials, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Support supplier onboarding and purchase orders for the Marketing team, working closely with our Finance and Legal teams.
  • Help manage marketing stock and reorders.
  • Track deadlines for awards and speaking opportunities.
  • Learn and leverage platforms such as UNO, D365, HubSpot, Test Your Ad and more.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong interest in advertising, marketing, innovation, and culture.
  • Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
  • Curious and engaged, with a habit of keeping up with industry trends.
  • Strong written communication skills and interest in copywriting.
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Collaborative and eager to learn.

Nice to Have:

  • Internship or university experience in marketing, communications, or similar.
