About the role:
The role will be part of our Research and Guidance team based in London. As a Research Coordinator, you will be expected to learn and become an expert in our System1 tools and systems, responsible for timely & accurate delivery of data projects to ensure client expectations are met.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with Sales and clients to confirm accurate project inputs, clarify requirements, and ensure all materials are received on time.
- Coordinate resources and workflows to ensure projects follow agreed processes and operational standards.
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of assigned research projects, collaborating closely with Project Management to keep timelines, milestones, and quality on track.
- Conduct systematic data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reports.
- Deliver final reports on time to internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring outputs meet agreed specifications and quality standards.
