The Planning Manager in our Global Partnerships team will be responsible for coordinating and delivering our marketing thought leadership, working closely with Senior Leadership to turn thought leadership objectives into clear learning and research plans.

What will you be doing?

  • You will coordinate and deliver our marketing thought leadership.
  • Work closely with the Global Partnerships SVP and VP to find powerful marketing insights that we can use to create thought leadership; turn thought leadership objectives into clear learning and research plans with our partners; and coordinate internal and external teams to deliver research that changes the industry.
  • Project manage all global thought leadership, working collaboratively with the Marketing Science and Research teams to deliver research to the expectations of our external partners in a timely manner, to budget.
  • Expertly bring different data, research, and points of view into a clear narrative.
  • Brief internal teams, share plans clearly with partners and manage expectations. Seamlessly manage communications between all departments.
  • Go above and beyond where needed to ensure our research is truly industry leading.
  • Support in the creation of presentations and assets.
  • Input on writing thought leadership.
  • Work with commercial teams on strategy and grow into the role to present research to clients.

You need to have the following experience:

You will have 2+ years of experience in marketing or advertising with clear exposure to research and insights, turning data into actionable insights with a clear narrative.

You will also have excellent project management experience and strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

We do prefer higher level education in marketing, and exposure to marketing comms workstreams.
