Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the commercial and research teams to ensure seamless customer project delivery.
- Advise teams on best practices and product concerns.
- Support the wider operations team with daily administration to deliver excellent customer service within SLAs.
- Manage project delivery, escalate issues with suppliers when necessary.
- Coordinate with global delivery suppliers, including those based in Bulgaria, India, and other agencies.
- Identify and resolve challenges within delivery operations, updating instruction documents as needed.
Candidate Profile:

- Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
- Resourceful problem-solver with good prioritization skills.
- Positive, flexible, and eager to learn.
- Calm under pressure with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Required experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in Customer Operations, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and rapport-building skills.
- Familiarity with project management practices.
- Experience with ticketing systems like JIRA and Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
- Previous administrative experience in a professional setting.
