About the role:

The Research & Guidance team is responsible for working with clients to provide tailored advice on how they can improve the commercial potential of their brands, advertising and innovations. The team is responsible for adding the ‘so what’ on top of our data products to ensure clients can maximise their chances of success and know where to focus their efforts.

As a Research Associate, you will be expected to develop a strong understanding of our full suite of products and become confident in applying them to support the delivery of high-quality consultancy services. You will:

  • Design and draft questionnaires, liaising with clients to secure approval and ensure alignment with project objectives.
  • Contribute insight and analysis to consultancy reports, adding value beyond the data.
  • Creatively visualise key findings to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Work closely with project management teams to ensure projects run smoothly, accurately, and to agreed timelines.
  • Apply strong attention to detail to ensure all outputs are accurate, professional, and fully aligned with client objectives.

You will have the opportunity to develop your presentation skills by participating in internal meetings or training sessions and presenting in part at client debriefs. You will also be expected to proactively solicit feedback and identify growth goals to prepare you for the next level.

  • Meticulous and process driven with the ability to multi-task across different projects & tasks.
  • Ability to present key insights clearly & succinctly.

  • Ability to be a self-starter but also be a team player.

You need to have the following experience:

  • Strong academic qualifications, preferably in areas relevant to our business (marketing, psychology, business).
  • Excellent numeracy and analytical skills demonstrated.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
