What will you be doing?

  • Supporting the commercial and research teams on customer projects to ensure seamless customer delivery.
  • Overseeing the efficient end to end process management of our global network of suppliers (project management teams, translation agencies, sample panels and monitoring teams) and hold them to established service levels.
  • Day-to-day project support and communication to internal teams, ensuring delivery of excellent customer service within agreed SLAs.
  • Responding to incoming queries in a ticketing system to help with questions on process, best practices and costs for client tests.
  • Identifying and resolving challenges and issues within the delivery operations process and keeping instruction documents updated.
  • Supporting the operational smooth running of the company with some small but important admin functions.

  • Be positive and conscientious, with a flexible approach and display honesty and integrity in everything you do.

  • Able to define key issues and provide supporting detail to reach resolution.
  • Have great analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot detailed delivery issues.

You need to have the following experience:

  • Great communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
  • Two or more years’ work experience.
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Office suite is essential and any ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc.) is helpful.

Other key things to note:

  • This role will be working in English, regardless of the location of the customer or the supplier.
  • The working hours will be 7am – 4pm.
  • We are a hybrid-first business; you will not be expected to be in the office on a regular basis (though we do have an office in Sao Paolo if you want to).
  • You will be expected to travel internationally (UK and/or US) at least once a year, and to Sao Paolo at least twice a year.
