We are a social agency for challenger brands. We help brands adopt the social media behaviours that cut-through in their category - through our strategic approach to management, organic content, influencer collaborations and paid social. Having built a solid, sustainable client base, we have plans to scale over the coming 12 months and are looking to build a team to come with us on that journey.

We’re looking for a Social Manager with 2-3 years experience in a social media agency environment. Someone who is passionate about social, as well as passionate about client service. This role is key to our agency and client relationships running smoothly. You'll thrive in a busy environment, but will still have the time to contribute to our creative thinking and execution. Someone who can organise, but also come up with ideas will be the right fit.

The job includes:

  • Day-to-day management of client relationships
  • Community management of clients' brand social accounts
  • Creating monthly reports and gaining insights
  • Ensuring content calendars are managed and up-to-date
  • Researching our clients' categories and competitors
  • Following agency process and ways-of-working

The person we are looking for should share our values in order for us to reach our ambitions:

  • Passion for social, challenger brands and helping businesses grow.
  • Commitment to supporting each other and working collaboratively.
  • Honesty about what we can and can't achieve.
  • Confidence in our thinking in front of clients and partners.
  • Availability and speed of communication.
  • Dedication to doing the very best work we can.

The offer includes:

  • Salary range: £32,000-45,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid work, London-based with regular work together days
  • Profit share scheme to benefit from agency growth
