We are a social agency for challenger brands. We help brands adopt the social media behaviours that cut-through in their category - through our strategic approach to management, organic content, influencer collaborations and paid social. Having built a solid, sustainable client base, we have plans to scale over the coming 12 months and are looking to build a team to come with us on that journey.
We are looking for a Social Creative who lives and breathes culture - someone who can ideate, create, and sell ideas. This is a hybrid creative role covering ideation and execution. You will thrive if you are equal parts creative thinker and hands-on maker. Someone who doesn’t just come up with ideas, but knows exactly how to execute them in a way that feels right for the platform.
The job:
- Leading creating thinking across TikTok and Meta across our client roster
- Ideating for campaigns, themes, reactive and evergreen content
- Presenting ideas internally and to clients
- Shoot-planning and delivery, from shot-lists through to delivery of edits
- Writing sharp, relatable copy from scripts to short-form captions
- Spotting and sharing cultural moments - from trends to wider conversations
- Identifying and managing third-parties and freelance creators
