We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Sales and Supply Chain departments through effective administration, ensuring smooth operations, accurate record-keeping, and excellent communication with clients and internal teams.
Duties:
- Receiving Customer Orders
- Creating Sales Orders and processing within ERP System
- Arranging Transport with the haulier
- Liaising directly with Customers / Customer Service Support
- Liaising with our QA Team on batch/product release
- Responsible for checking Transport Invoices for payment
- Responsible for individual Customer Account forecasts
- Responsible for checking Product Shelf Life on a weekly basis and reporting to Line Manager
- General Admin
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales administration or related administrative roles within a Manufacturing environment - Ideally 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry an Advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook and ERP software is advantageous
- Experience using CRM software for managing customer data and sales pipelines
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated computer literacy with a good understanding of IT systems relevant to sales operations
- Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues
- Basic knowledge of sales processes, administrative procedures, and data entry accuracy
