As a Project Support Executive you will:
- Attend site to conduct detailed site surveys
- Attend site meetings during all phases of the sales, design and installation process
- Specialize in mapping out timelines, analysing critical paths, and updating project schedules
- Focus on technical pre and post sales support, client relations, and managing internal handovers from sale to delivery
- Check first and second fix M&E are correct to drawings and requirements
- Act as a central communication hub, track project milestones, and assist with resource allocation
- Supervise deliveries to site, focusing on logistics, scheduling meetings, managing documentation
- Work with senior engineering team to snag a project
Ideal candidates will have some 2D / 3D design experience in Commercial Kitchens / Professional Kitchens, Restaurant Kitchens, Interior Design, Light Construction / Shopfitting.
The role will suit individuals currently working as a Project Support Executive, Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Project Support Officer, Project Assistant, Project Support Specialist, Technical Presales Support, Sales Administrator and be living within a commutable distance of Newcastle upon Tyne, Sunderland, Durham, Bishop Auckland, Hartlepool, Consett, Hexham, Middlesbrough, Morpeth, Blyth, Ashington, Peterlee or be willing to relocate.
