A leading provider of PCB laser manufacturing solutions is looking to recruit a Sales Engineer PCB Manufacturing with knowledge of PCB Laser Manufacturing Solutions. Your role will involve sales of PCB Manufacturing solutions into markets such as semiconductors, electronics, life science, medical technology, smart mobility, research and development, education and academia, and defence.
As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and managing existing customer relationships. Products are of high quality, market leading, well priced, and in high demand. Full internal sales support is provided, along with an established marketing process, leaving you free to concentrate on driving sales and developing mutually beneficial client relationships.
This role requires a strong understanding of PCB design, electronics manufacturing processes, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and customer requirements. Excellent communication skills are required to bridge the gap between customers and engineering/production teams.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, target, and acquire new customers in electronics manufacturing and related industries.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue and margin targets.
- Prepare and deliver technical sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
- Close high quality, profitable business.
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
- Solid understanding of PCB Design either as a hands-on PCB designer or as a Sales Professional in the PCB Design Software segment.
- 2-5+ years of sales or technical experience in PCB manufacturing, EMS, or electronics components.
- Strong knowledge of PCB fabrication processes, materials, stack-ups, and quality standards (IPC, ISO).
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability.
