You will be joining a successful client-focused Construction cost consultancy and project management firm with clients across the UK. Based in Stockport with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements, you will manage day-to-day tasks including cost control, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost planning, monitoring project costs, and producing regular cost reports.
The role involves working closely with clients to ensure projects achieve financial and contractual objectives while maintaining quality and efficiency.
As a Quantity Surveyor Construction you will have:
- Proficiency in cost control and project cost management experience with preparation and review of Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Expertise in cost planning and cost reporting processes
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
- Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Membership in a professional organization such as RICS is a plus
