You will be joining a successful client-focused Construction Consultancy and Project Management firm with retail clients across the UK. Based in Manchester with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
As a Construction Project Manager Cost Control, you will manage day-to-day tasks overseeing Retail building projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards by managing:
- Planning
- Scheduling
- Resource allocation
- Team coordination
- Client communication
- Safety
- Compliance with regulations
You will bridge the gap between stakeholders like architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
Requirements:
