They are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager to support continued growth across our UK courier and international freight-forwarding services. This is a hands-on, autonomous role with a strong focus on new business development, supported by ongoing account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert new business across UK courier, same-day and express delivery, and international air, sea, and road freight
- Take full ownership of lead generation through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market engagement
- Develop and grow a portfolio of new and existing client accounts
- Prepare and present tailored logistics solutions aligned to customer requirements
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while protecting margin
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline with clear forecasting
- Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Represent the business professionally at client meetings and industry events
