Programming skills would be a strong advantage but are not essential. Key Responsibilities Setting and operating CNC turning machines (Programmer Role) Proven experience programming CNC machines (essential) Working from engineering drawings Using Fanuc controls (offsets, tool setting, program editing) Editing programs (speeds/feeds) where required Following and updating work instruction sheets Tool changes (tips/cutters) Inspecting your own work before first-off Maintaining tight tolerances and quality standards Adhering to ISO 9001 processes General housekeeping (5S) and Health & Safety compliance Requirements CNC turning and/or CNC Programming experience Strong setting and operating experience (essential) Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented The role will suit individuals currently working as CNC Setter, CNC Turner, CNC Operator, CNC Programmer, Engineer and be living within a commutable distance of Poole, Bournemouth, Dorchester, Blandford Forum, Weymouth, Wareham, Dorset or be willing to relocate.
