We are looking for an experienced and motivated Financial Controller to take full ownership of the financial operations for the company. As Financial Controller you will lead financial reporting, control processes, and compliance functions. This is a home-based role with quarterly meetings in London.
Key Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent), with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
- Demonstrated success in a Financial Controller or senior finance leadership role
- Strong technical accounting expertise and a thorough understanding of financial regulations and standards
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring a finance team
