You will be joining a successful client-focused Construction Consultancy and Project Management firm with retail clients across the UK. Based in Manchester with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.
As a Construction Project Manager Cost Control you will manage day-to-day tasks overseeing Retail building projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards by managing planning, scheduling, resource allocation, team coordination, client communication, safety, and compliance with regulations, bridging the gap between stakeholders like architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Proficiency in cost control and project cost management.
- Must have a Retail Construction background.
- Experience with construction software.
- Expertise in reporting processes.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.
- Relevant degree in Project Management or a related field.
- Membership in a professional organization such as CIOB is a plus.
