An award-winning BSI Accredited accident repair centre has a vacancy for a skilled Customer Service Advisor to join them at their offices in Birmingham.

Location: Tyseley, Birmingham, B11 2NR

Salary: 25,000 - 35,000 depending upon experience

As Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor your role will be to manage the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring every vehicle repair is handled with precision and care. It is essential you have bodyshop experience, preferably with Autoflow experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Management: Use Autoflow (BMS) to manage vehicle progress, job cards, and internal communication.
  • Estimating & Invoicing: Assist with or manage repair estimates and invoicing via Audatex, ensuring accuracy for both customers and insurance providers.
  • Customer Liaison: Act as the first point of contact, providing updates on repair status and handling technical queries professionally.
  • Workflow Coordination: Liaise with vehicle damage assessors and the workshop team to secure repair authorisations and meet deadlines.
  • Administration: Manage courtesy car bookings and process payments, including insurance excesses.

Requirements:

  • Software Expertise: Proven experience with Audatex and Autoflow is essential for this role.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience within a high-volume Bodyshop or Accident Repair Centre.
  • Skills: Strong IT literacy, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.

Working Hours: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday. Saturdays: on a rota system 8am-11am (Overtime)
