Automotive parts manufacturer is seeking a Business Development Manager who can lead by example and build great relationships with a portfolio of existing customers as well as find and develop new business. The role is office based in Birmingham when you are not travelling across the UK meeting clients. Occasional overnight trips away when travelling long distance.

Objectives of the role:

  • Build, foster and maintain long-term and high-quality relationships with a portfolio of important existing clients.
  • Improve client satisfaction, through consistent and effective communication and clarity of goals and expectations.
  • Meet annual product revenue growth targets.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth in existing accounts.
  • Create and win New Business pipeline from new customers.

You must come from a B2B Engineering / Technical Product sales background. Any exposure to sales within the automotive industry will be of particular interest.

The role will suit individuals currently working as Sales Account Manager, Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, and be living within a commutable distance of Birmingham, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Tamworth or be willing to relocate.
