Job Description:
As a Paint Manufacturing Manager, your role will include:
- Launching new and innovative products into the decorative market (product development)
- Proven problem-solving skills covering technical, process, and manufacturing issues
- Good understanding of Point of Sale tinting, including machinery, software, and colourant issues
- Health and Safety understanding, preferably with a qualification such as NEBOSH
- Knowledge of legislation affecting the decorative market
- Understanding of formulating techniques, including solvent-based and water-based technologies
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Project management experience
