A leading supplier of award-winning Project Management software has an immediate requirement for a Software Support Consultant to join the customer support team.

Location: Home based – UK (hours Mon – Fri 11:30am – 7:30pm)

Salary: Circa £27,000 – £35,000, 10% bonus, private medical, pension scheme (5%), life assurance

As Software Support Consultant, you will have previous experience of working within a technical/software support role and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and support. This is a fully remote role (working from home) and the hours are 11:30am to 7:30pm (Mon – Fri). You will have a flexible and adaptable attitude and excellent organisation/time management skills.

Your role will include:

  • Resolving issues in the areas of product functionality, system configuration/setup, and bugs/enhancements.
  • Serving as primary support liaison between company and customer.
  • Conveying customer feedback to product development and quality assurance staff as appropriate.
