Proposals Engineer – Overview of Job Role:

Reporting directly to Internal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the management of existing business enquiries, developing new business enquiries and the necessary customer services associated with sales order processing activities.
As a Proposals Engineer you will have;
* Relevant proposals / sales experience, ideally from a fabrication or manufacturing background
* Estimating and sales experience of manufactured items/solutions
* The ability to be technically and commercially compliant.
* Experience creating BOM, Labour requirements, Hire & Logistic costs.
* Experience creating and developing pricing models.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to maintain existing and build new relationships.
* The ability to initiate customer contact and generate technical enquiries with a commitment to follow through to execution.
The role will suit individuals currently working as Proposals Engineer, Sales Engineer, Estimator and be living within a commutable distance of Kidderminster, Worcestershire, Bromsgrove, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Dudley, Droitwich or be willing to relocate.
