Project Coordinator
A leading and well-established specialist marine / underwater / diving consultancy have an immediate requirement for an experience Project Coordinator to join them at their offices in Aberdeen.
Key Skills: Project Coordinator, Project Manager, Oil and Gas, Marine, diving, Primavera, MS Office, onshore, offshore.
Location: Aberdeen, AB11 5BY
Salary: Circa £45,000 – £50,000 benefits
Ideally you will have previous experience of working within marine / underwater / diving industry and will be located in Aberdeen (office-based role).
As Project Coordinator you will be supporting the Project Manager with day-to-day project management tasks.
This will include:
* Development and coordination of documents including manuals, bridging documents, designs, procedures, drawings and specifications and schedules.
* Setting up and attending various kick off meetings, recording and distribution of minutes.
* Management of project files DPRs etc.
* Interfacing with client’s; managers, engineers, and document control.
* Create and revise project plans and schedules using planning tools such as Primavera.
* Liaise with crew coordinators on crew requirements.
* Liaise with Equipment and logistics on equipment and material requirements.
* Assist in the safe and smooth running of all project activities both onshore and offshore.
* Facilitate communication between all parties.
* Ensure project procedures are followed and where required the management of change and task risk assessments are completed.
* Coordinate vessel mobilisations and demobilisations.
* Ensure project resources are supplied on schedule.
* Comple project cost reports and end of project reports.
