The predicted salary is between 22500 - 27300 Β£ per year.
The aim of this role is to plan and coordinate the efficient daily operations of the consulting teams including all surveyors and consultants. You will ensure they are fully utilised and meeting monthly output targets.
As an Operations Planner Scheduler, your role will be:
- To drive and maximise daily output figures in line with set business targets
- Maximise productivity for the consultants and focus on efficient scheduling
- Allocation and scheduling work and updating diaries for the team
- Re-arranging diaries to fit in urgent work as and when required
- Ensure regular communication with the Heads of Service and Consultants
- Ensure clients are aware of site visit dates and documentation required
- Arranging site access/keys and ensuring engineers are in place where required
- Production of RAMs for various site based projects using provided templates
Skills Required:
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
- An excellent working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word and other office applications
- Ideally previous experience in diary management and customer services
- The ability to work on your own as well as under direction
- Well organised with great attention to detail
- Be fluent in both verbal and written English
The role will suit individuals currently working as Operations Planner Scheduler, Workflow Planner and be living within a commutable distance of London, Surrey, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, Kent, Essex, Buckinghamshire, Sussex or be willing to relocate.
