It is essential you have a good Networking experience and supported Microsoft platforms for several years. Excellent communication skills are essential as you will be talking with clients and also attending client offices to provide support.
- A minimum of 3 years’ demonstrated performance in a Network / IT support role.
- Demonstrable experience of supporting Windows 10 and MS Office 365.
- Good Problem-solving abilities, able to resolve most technical issues.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Operating systems – Windows 10 Image builds using SCCM.
- Use of and understanding of IT Tools, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and Exchange.
