A leading International Freight Forwarding Company specialising in the movement of high value artwork has an immediate requirement for an experienced Import Artwork Coordinator to join them at their offices in Slough, Berkshire. Key Skills: Import, Artwork, coordinator, CPC, custom procedure codes, NetFreight, Air, Sea and Road Freight, licenses, ATA Carnets, CITES, CHIEF, CDS, CFSP and NES /CDS, Location: Slough, Berkshire, SL3 0JZ This is a new position for the company and as Artwork Coordinator your role will be to support and expand the growing, business-critical High Value Works of Art section of the company. The role demands specialist knowledge of specific customs procedures (manage at least 3 or more CPCs) specialised handling knowledge and often complex booking arrangements. My client has airport passes which allow them to split the coverage of the overseeing (witnessing/supervision) of the freight in the cargo shed and airside on the tarmac watching the unit being loaded on the aircraft. You will also meet passengers in the terminal /red channel and assist clients through the customs clearance. A full training program will be provided to cover these areas as required.
