A leading company specialising in crane and hoist equipment for the construction industry has an immediate requirement for a Hoist Installer / Trainee Hoist Installer to join their team at a new office in Dudley.

Salary: £25,000 for trainee, £32,000 OT for experienced Hoist installer
Location: Dudley DY2 9RD
As a Hoist Installer Engineer, your role will be to carry out all Hoist Installer duties including installation, dismantling, maintenance, and repair of Rack & Pinion Hoists on construction and industrial sites in and around Birmingham / West Midlands. It is essential that you have a full driving licence and live in or around Birmingham / Dudley. You will be comfortable working outside (in all weather conditions) and not be afraid of heights – this is essential. Due to the nature of the role, you will have to undergo random drug tests, so please don’t apply if you prefer other substances.
Ideally, you will be qualified as a Hoist Installer to NVQ 2 or 3, but they are also happy to consider someone new to Hoists with a great work ethic, as a Trainee Hoist Installer, as they can provide necessary training. All training will be provided by a CITB-registered Training Assessor, who will also assess you for NVQ qualification. All safety equipment & PPE will be provided.
