A leading designer and manufacturer of specialized refrigeration units is seeking an immediate hire for a Field Service Supervisor.
You can be located anywhere in the UK, ideally near Herefordshire / Gloucestershire.
Your role will involve supporting Regional Service Managers & Technical Support Managers in managing Service Partners, providing first-line support for Service Support & Service Desk, and overseeing Service Partner networks, onsite repairs, training, and benchmarking.
Additional responsibilities include Service & PPM Works in a designated area, with availability during weekdays outside core duties.
It is essential to have C&G 2079 F-Gas or an equivalent qualification.
General duties include:
- Weekend/OOH support rota (1 in 4 weeks)
- Supporting CRM systems and field operations
- Administrative tasks such as diary management, appointments, emails, and report writing
