Leading manufacturing company in the Woodworking / Joinery / Carpentry industry is looking for a Manufacturing Manager to join their established team in South London.
The Manufacturing Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of production, ensuring efficiency, quality and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, expertise in woodworking and finishing with a proven track record of successfully managing manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, including production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands and optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures, promoting a culture of workplace safety.
