As a CNC Machine Tool Engineer, the role will suit a Service Engineer or a CNC Operator, Setter or Programmer.

Your role will involve building CNC Machine Tools in a workshop environment and also servicing and repairs at customer premises. Travel around the UK and overnight stays away from home are a regular part of the job.

Duties will Include:

* Electrical wiring and fitting of CNC Control Systems
* Mechanical Fitting of Servo Motors, and Machine Tool Systems
* Unloading, loading and installation of machine tools
* Potential to become a CNC trainer, training customers in the use of their machines
* Service/Repair Of Machine Tools
* PLC Writing and Diagnostics on Fanuc, Siemens, Fagor and Heidenhain Controls – Experience would be good but not necessary.

Candidate Requirements are:

* A working Knowledge of 415v, 230v and 24v electrical systems
* Experience in CNC machine operation
* Basic Mechanical Knowledge
* Forklift operation experience, though not necessary as training can be provided

The role will suit individuals currently working as CNC Machine Tool Engineer, Service Engineer or a CNC Operator, Setter or Programmer and be living within a commutable distance of Lymington, Southampton, Bournemouth, Ringwood, Hampshire, Dorset or be willing to relocate.
