Temporary Warehouse Operative - Initial 3 Month Contract, Possibility of Extension
Working as part of our warehouse team, you will help ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
- Loading and unloading deliveries where required.
- Checking stock and ensuring goods are stored correctly.
- Preparing orders for dispatch and assisting with loading vehicles when needed.
- Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
- Following warehouse health and safety procedures.
- Supporting colleagues to ensure daily warehouse targets and deadlines are met.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on warehouse role.
- Able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy.
- A good team player with a positive attitude.
- Willing to learn and follow instructions.
- Committed to maintaining high standards of work and safety.
Previous warehouse experience would be beneficial but is not essential for the right candidate.
