We’re hiring a Mobile Service Engineer & Workshop Technician. System Force I.T. Ltd. is looking for a reliable, hands-on engineer to join our growing team in Gloucestershire.

This is a varied role combining on-site field work with workshop-based repairs and diagnostics. No two days are the same — one day you could be solving issues at a customer site, the next working through equipment repairs and maintenance in the workshop.

We’re looking for someone practical, motivated, and confident, working independently while still being part of a close-knit team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • On-site servicing, maintenance and fault finding
  • Workshop-based repairs and diagnostics
  • Troubleshooting hardware and technical issues
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Completing service reports and repair documentation
  • Supporting customers across Gloucestershire and surrounding areas
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in engineering, technical repair, field service, or similar hands-on roles
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Organised and able to manage workloads independently
  • Full UK driving licence
