This is a hands-on role for someone who believes in leading from the front . You will manage and motivate the team while also getting involved in the day-to-day operation, including picking, packing, goods in/out and general warehouse duties . Key Responsibilities Lead, manage and motivate the warehouse team. Work hands-on alongside the team , including picking and packing. Drive performance to achieve KPIs, productivity and accuracy targets . Allocate workloads and ensure daily priorities are achieved. Monitor individual and team performance, addressing issues where required. Oversee picking, packing, goods in/out and stock movements.
